Payment Disclosures & Terms
Online payment platforms are easy and quick. However, there are online processing fees. We also offer payments via check to avoid the online processing fees. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Once we book a project with a deposit, we do have to account for that time period's overhead expenses unless given proper notice of at least two weeks in advance to make other arrangements. Please only make deposits with intentions of moving forward with the agreed work. Last minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit. All deposits are subject to being nonrefundable.
Work Change Orders
We initially try to disclose any anticipated fees. However, there are times when we run into additional costs. When this happens, we will communicate openly with our customers and offer a Work Change Order with the new details and new expenses accordingly. This typically happens with discovering wood rot, bad drywall areas, underlying damage, etc. Unfortunately, in our industry, we sometimes cannot see the underlying issues until after the project has started. We will always be open about any changes with quality of work in mind for the outcome. We prefer to fix things correctly for long-lasting results. We will always ask for permission prior to changes with our original agreement.
